2. Browse our product catalog.
3. Select products and quantities.
4. Add products to your cart.
5. Review your order.
6. Proceed to checkout.
7. Review shipping, fees, and payment information.
8. Submit your order.
The ordering process works similarly to a standard e-commerce website

It depends on your account type.
Retailers: No minimum order quantity.
Distributors: Minimum order quantity of one mixed pallet per order.

Orders are generally fulfilled using:

• Small Parcel Shipping; or
• Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Freight.

It depends on whether your account has approved payment terms.
Customers without payment terms: Full payment is required at checkout.
Customers with approved payment terms: Payment is due according to the terms assigned to the account.

We may ask you to provide:

• order number;
• invoice number;
• affected product and quantity;
• photographs of the product;
• photographs of the shipping carton or pallet;
• shipping labels;
• lot or production information, when applicable; and
• a description of the issue.
